The challenge

A group of HNIs wanted to invest in a premium Group Housing Project in Gurgaon with the developer, who wanted funds for obtaining approvals. Investors wanted to enter at attractive valuations and had apprehension regarding the premium that developer might charge. Investors wanted to take the advantage of pre launch investment.

  • We introduced Investors to Southern Peripheral Road and apprised them of the attractive valuations.
  • We sourced a premium site and helped the Investors in short-listing.
  • We then short-listed the developer based on the investors requirement and identified the deal price.
  • We helped Investors to close the transaction with the Developer.
